In most researches and tools the focus is on the person ( learner) or the social structure ( group, community) and its influences on the learner but seldom it is about the individual, the group and the relations. That is why we call this technology a self and collective empowering technology.

Relational cognition shows that relationship, which enhances the effort, output and sustainability of collaboration and relationships across collaboration, is a separate process for which busy people today don’t have the time, the eye, nor the information and scalable individual communication protocols.
